Subject: Subscription Program for 30BV and Extension of MEP Recruitment Stage 1

We are pleased to announce the Subscription Packages to benefit our long-term members and the details are as follow:
1. Mechanism:
A. Flow for subscription:
Member subscribes to this program > Apply by filling up form (online/offline) > input debit/credit card details > Give consent for auto deduction based on the package selected on every 15th of the month > Products to be delivered to their registered address every month and account is maintained automatically Or alternately, the products will be sent to stockists and stockists will deliver to respective address accordingly.
A.1 Delivery option:
Due to the pandemic, people rarely want to come out and sending goods directly to customers will give good impression of our service on top of fulfilling the delivery. Therefore, unless otherwise selected, all orders will be delivered directly to customers’ addresses even for those customers that come from stockists.
B. Subscription features:
Those who sign up for our subscription program must commit at least 24 months in order to enjoy the special price and benefits of the package. Should the subscriber choose to cancel or terminate the subscription before it reaches 24 months, he/she is required to fill in cancellation form 2 months Or 60 days in advance and pass to office.
Example.
Johnson subscribes for our program, he pays RM299 in October 2020 to purchase our package and sign up our program where subscription starts November 2020. In January 2021, he decides to cancel the subscription, he needs to fill in Cancellation Form and submit to office. From then he needs to continue to pay for subscription for the next 2 months which are February 2021 and March 2021.
C. Subscription incentive for sponsor:
Additionally, we also offer 10% of the package amount to the sponsor every month as long as subscription is still active. For example, Sponsor A will get RM29.90 every month from his/her downline who subscribes RM299 package.
D. Subscription Program for recruitment:
On top of that, for those who sign up our subscription programs, they are entitled to be qualified distributors (QD) directly. Such mechanism makes it attractive for new people to become our distributors as it seems easier and more lucrative for them.
For new recruits, should they join with subscription packages, they will pay RM299 and sign up for subscription program which will start next month. The total month which payment of RM299 made will be 24 + 1 month.
E. Reinitiating MEP Phase 1 to boost recruitment:
Last but not least, in order to make these subscription packages move better, we will also reintroduce our existing recruitment program MEP Phase 1 which will give a boost to it.

*All Superior Packages does not come with Travel Point (TP) *Currently only can be purchased through offline
3. MEP Phase 1 Recruitment Campaign Details:
Campaign period: 20/10/2020 – 31/12/2020
MECHANISM
Sponsor a prospect by getting them to pay only membership fee of RM60 and the prospect will get a box of Energetique Hydration Mask as a trial sample. Additionally, once this prospect becomes a member, he/she will be rewarded RM60 recruitment incentive when he/she refers 2 other new prospects to join this program.
Flow
1. Members who qualify for recruitment incentive will receive incentive within 3 working days.
2. Members will only receive the incentive provided with a valid bank account number.
Example: Peter refers 2 new prospects to join this program on Monday and he will receive his recruitment incentive RM60 by Wednesday.
